Product Care Instructions:
- Clean the furniture with a clean, dry lint-free cotton cloth or you may use a moist cloth to clean.
- Use mild detergents with a soft sponge/cloth for cleaning stubborn stains.
- Furniture should not be moved in assembled condition. Products should be dismantled and re-assembled in case of shifting/moving around furniture. Do not drag the furniture in assembled condition, this will damage the joints. “Lift and shift” should be followed.
- Avoid using abrasive materials like scrub pads or chemicals for cleaning the surface as they may scratch the surface.
- Direct sunlight over a prolonged period may cause fading and/or deterioration in colors.
- Avoid keeping furniture under direct sunlight as it’s indoor furniture.
- Accessories shown in the image are only for representation and are not part of the product.
- Depending on your screen settings and resolution on your device there may be a slight variance in colors as shown in the image.

Returns and Cancellations:
We offer a 7-Day Return Policy for all products. Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
- Damaged Product
- Dead on Arrival
- Manufacturing Defect
- Incomplete Product
- Incorrect Product
You may choose to cancel one or more items in your order before it is shipped, from your “My Orders” section, by clicking on the “Cancel” button within 7 days from the order confirmation date. A cancellation fee of 2.5% will be levied on the total paid amount at the time of processing the refund for the submitted request.

Sogno Easy Return Policy is applicable only for 7 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damage / dead on arrival, Manufacturing defect/Expired product & In-correct product. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. The refund amount will be equal to the Paid amount for an item.
Sogno will pick up a product that you wish to return from your doorstep, however, where we do not have a reverse pick-up facility, we may request you to self-ship the product to us.
The warranty covers manufacturing/ workmanship and material defects that occur during the warranty period. The warranty applies to furniture used under normal conditions.
This limited warranty does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents.
- Products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately.
- Or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. (eg. upholstered furniture will lighten over time if it’s exposed to direct sunlight).
- No warranty on upholstery/ coverings/ cushion Cover.
- The warranty does not cover damages due to the usage of the product beyond its intended use and wears & tear in the natural course of product usage.
